Australian Shipping

Once your order is placed, our little packing fairies get busy preparing your parcel for its journey from our warehouse to your door.

Orders placed before 12pm on business days are dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or public holidays will fly out on the next business day.

Standard shipping: $9.95 for orders under $80.

Free shipping: A little gift from us — FREE standard shipping on Australian orders of $80 or more.

Express shipping: $14.95 for those times when your magic simply cannot wait.

Delivery time: Please allow approximately 3–6 business days for standard Australia Post delivery within Australia.

Tracking: As soon as your parcel begins its adventure, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier or postal service, its journey is managed by them. If it is delayed, lost, or appears to have wandered into an enchanted forest, please contact the courier or postal service directly using your tracking details.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice a little mistake, email us as quickly as possible at support@littlesecretdoor.com and we’ll do our best to catch it before your parcel leaves the warehouse.

International Shipping

Fairy magic travels far and wide, and so do Little Secret Door parcels! All international orders are sent from Australia.

Shipping rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and the size of your order.

Delivery time: Please allow around 14 days for delivery, depending on where in the world your parcel is fluttering off to.

Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs & duties: Any local customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary from country to country.
